Try Team first
Try Team for 30 days, without a card. An owner starts it in the app, once per company. Afterwards you fall back to Free, and everything stays where it is.
Questions about pricing
Does every person pay separately?
No, the company pays for one subscription. Anyone who views, measures or invites pays nothing.
Are subcontractors free?
Yes, they do not count as people in your crew. Free allows 10 of them, Team 250.
What happens if I go over a limit?
You cannot add a new project, upload or invitation until you are back under it, or you choose Team. Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out.
What if I cancel Team?
You fall back to Free, everything stays and you archive projects until you are under the limit. You get your first payment back if you ask within 14 days.
Do I need to give a card for Free or the trial?
No. If you take Team, you pay by card, Bancontact, iDEAL or SEPA direct debit.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Without VAT. You get an invoice with a VAT number, and Belgian companies can also receive it via Peppol.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, a monthly subscription stops at the end of the current month. A yearly subscription runs to the end of the year.

Then we make you a custom plan, with more projects and people, SSO, your own data processing agreement and a paper invoice. Ask for a custom plan.
